Once my rebate from Apple arrives, I'll upgrade to the maximum 2 Gb pf RAM.
I had heard there were some issues with noise and heat with the early models, however I've experienced non of that and couldn't be happier with my choice. In fact, the only "problem" I've had is not being able to use my old software. But I knew that going in. The software I'll need from Adobe is around $1700 so I'll have to "make due" until then. But that has nothing to do with the MacBook Pro.
It's been a great machine so far, and if lasts half as long as the last one, I'll be thrilled! Now I just need to spend some more quality time with OSX!
Thanks again, everyone. God bles,
-- Steph
PS: Sorry, no video this time!
